In {{AlterTypeStatement}} when a {{UDT}} is modified the code checks all the
existing Keyspaces for tables using this {{UDT}}. As a {{UDT}} can only be used
in the Keyspace in which it has been created we can limit the search to the
{{UDT}} keyspace.
