[~slebresne] There's no type on the <blockfor> field for the new error bodies,
"Read_failure" or "Write_failure". It doesn't seem to be there for the
"Read_timeout" or "Write_timeout" either. I like the "<name> is a(n) [type]"
format of the other fields and <blockfor> is an outlier in that regard.
