Yes, shipping the HTML files (one for CQL.textile and a new one for 
cqlsh.textile) with C*.
Putting these on a web server might not work for everybody (if they have no 
public internet access from their servers).
Maybe there's some work to do to harmonize the anchors in the textile 
documents, but that's ”just work”.
