What are we stuck on with this ticket right now? I want perf graphs for Windows
testing so let's un-stick this. :)
Given the testing improvements being worked on right now having some tool like
this in-repo will only help make that effort go more smoothly. [~aweisberg]:
have .02 to throw in on the topic?
