Latest patch includes [~beobal]'s changes, and removes
{{SecondaryIndexCellSizeTest}} and addresses nits.
The changes to {{IVVT}} look good; they better capture the tests we want.
I agree that we should get rid of {{SICST}}; the validation tests are much more
complete.
