As discussed previously on IRC, this test may not be friendly to certain VMs,
OSes, and certainly to too few physical cores. At a bear minimum it needs 4
physical cores; ideally more. It may need tuning for certain OSes.
It is not really intended to be a regression test that is run all of the time,
but a manually run burn test for validating dangerous changes to the
SharedExecutorPool.
