Resolution: Duplicate
We've observed the same behavior after scrubbing some of the sstables, where
failing rows were located at the beginning of the buffer which resulted in
resetAndTruncate rewriting whole previous block of data as isDirty wasn't set
to true after reset, that is fixed in CASSANDRA-8949. Going to resolve this as
duplicate to that ticket.
