Not sure what the relevant difference is. I think that UFTest doesn't play well
with others. I tried running two of them concurrently and one of them failed on
not getting a port and the other ran 59 seconds instead of 30. It's pretty CPU
bound so I am wondering if it is competing with another test and timing out.
I tried running UFTest and UFIdentificationTest together and they took 56
seconds.
Now why this is different between utest and test all is a good question. The
Jenkin's config uses the same value for -Dtest.runners=4. Maybe the tests are
run in a different order or bucketed differently?
Either way this is yet another case for raising the timeout (how much
programmer time have we lost to this now?) or maybe moving them to test-long.
