Michael Shuler resolved CASSANDRA-9073.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I looped over this test on 2 different systems, totaling over 400 runs with no
failures. I also searched test results and found 9 entries for this test
failing, but each of those test runs shows some catastrophic failure of
many/all tests.
Scratching this off the failing test list.
