Thanks, I'll add {{disablehintsfordc}} and {{enablehintsfordc}} to nodetool and
remove the optional DC list form {{enablehandoff}}.
The existing yaml parameter, {{hinted_handoff_enabled}}, does it still need to
support the list of enabled DCs like mentioned in the description or can this
list too be removed?
