So, that is the branch I clicked through to, and the only commit I can see you
have

does not show the removal of those classes.
Looking closely, however, I realise that the problem is that you have stopped
_using_ them, but not removed them. If you could do this, I'd appreciate it,
since they were only created to serve this purpose.
