Yeah, that patch probably work most of the time, but it's a bit of a hack. 
Besides, what we want is test that the stats capture what we've inserted, not 
"something close enough", so I think the right fix is to pass the 
localDeletionTime we want to the {{deleteRow}} call. Attaching v2 that does 
that.
