Thanks. I've pushed a version that I hope addresses your concerns.
I opted to introduce a method {{auto(boolean auto);}} to the {{BTree.Builder}}
class, which simply permits disabling all of the automatic detection / sorting
/ filtration. It's then up to the user to call {{resolve}} and {{sort}} as
necessary.
