I got your point about requiring _CREATE/EXECUTE TRUSTED FUNCTION_ for scripted
UDFs - and I fully agree. Especially after thinking about a JS-UDF that calls
Object.wait() in a synchronized block...
But having a config switch could be beneficial for cautious admins that want to
disable scripted UDFs at all.
