This did initially break a dtest
({{json_test.FromJsonDeleteTests.delete_using_pkey_json_test}}), and we hadn't
noticed it because of dtests being not very reliable, currently. Fixed with
https://github.com/riptano/cassandra-dtest/pull/438. Sorry.
