We are currently sending {{Verb.BATCHLOG_MUTATION}} in
{{StorageProxy.syncWriteToBatchlog}} and
{{StorageProxy.asyncRemoveFromBatchlog}}. to previous versions which do not
have that Verb. We should be sending them {{Verb.MUTATION}} instead.
