Ok, I made the ordering changes as requested (see the v2 patch). I took a look
at the tests but wasn't really sure where to add a test for this (I didn't see
any existing tests for other cqlsh functions such as SOURCE and EXPAND that I
could use as a guide). I'm still willing to try but may need a little more
guidance... Thanks!
