I'm investigating this failure already in the context of
[CASSANDRA-10171|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-10171], and I
noticed the error of windows and the occasional linux failures are the same:

So unless [~carlyeks] have time to work on it or already knows how to solve it,
this can be closed in favor of CASSANDRA-10171.
