Repro:
Download cassandra 2.2.0
Extra to C:\Program Files
Execute with cassandra, cassandra.bat, powershell /file cassandra.ps1
The only way I was able to get this to work was by setting contrast_home to
Progra~1. I have seen multiple resolved tickets for similar issues, but that
doesn't appear to be the case.
