Pushed some more commits.
Includes serialization of IndexInfo offsets.
Adds tests for RowIndexEntry class and legacy sstables based on CASSANDRA-10236
(latter not working yet due to CASSANDRA-10237).
Open todo: benchmarking/comparison against "old" implementation, verification
of compatibility with legacy sstables.
