I could easily be missing something, but I don't see why this has to break
repairs on MVs. The anti-tombstone timestamp would be based on a timestamp
from the base, so that should be consistent across replicas. In the event of a
mismatch, streamed data should include row markers with anti-tombstone
timestamps (every MV row should have one) as well as the "protected" cells.
