I think we could go either way. I don't believe our current testing will tell
us if there are scenarios where having the logging on is a problem.
But it's a major version upgrade so there is even less of an expectation that
you won't find an issue in a .0 release.
Maybe what this is really telling us is that we have missing testing? If using
users as testers is on the table I think we are doing something wrong.
