I hope you had a nice vacation. So the server running is version 2.1.4 in both
cases above?
If so, you need to upgrade it to 2.1.6+. Sorry I was not clear previously,
it's the version of the node running that needs to be up-to-date, the bug was
in the server code, not cqlsh.
