I don't think the failures are due to the patch, but due to some environment
problem or a because the patch was rebased to a temporary bad version of 3.0
(as at least some of the failure pass for me locally). I've rebased and pushed
so we'll see (and I'll update once the tests have ran). But please don't block
the review on this, I swear I won't commit with all upgrade dtests failing.
