Pretty much all pig tests are failing on 3.0 so we should fix them.
I'll note that until recently they were failing hard due to the configuration
using {{offheap_objects}} but I changed that recently and it's now failing with
something that sound more PIG related. I'll also note that I'm pretty sure I've
seen those test passing post-CASSANDRA-8099 so the failure is not _too_ old and
we might be able to bisect it.
