Resolution: Not A Problem
That one failure is a timeout so there is a high chance that this is just due
to the CI environment being unreasonably slow on that one run. In theory, I
agree it could still be worth a look, but by experience it's pretty much
impossible to track a timeout in a dtest if you're unable to reproduce it, and
as the risk of this being a genuine problem is currently low, I suggest not
spending resources on it yet and revisit if it appears to flap regularly (even
if not frequently).
