I replaced the {{conf/cassandra-rackdc.properties}} change with a comment for
people upgrading from {{SimpleSnitch}}, so that it's safe for people who are
already using {{GossipingPropertyFileSnitch}} to upgrade.
Yeah, that was an oversight; I've removed that change.
