bq. the GC logging options in jvm.options won't work if users un-comment those
lines as-is.
My bad, I forgot to convert the gc logging options from the old format to the
new format, so they should work now if uncommented. thanks for spotting that!
Also added {{conf/jvm.options}} file to {{debian/cassandra.install}}
