This patch introduced a strong self-reference leak inside of {{SegmentedFile}}.
The anonymous class that returns the check chance references the
{{ColumnFamilyStore}} to provide the check chance, which necessarily,
eventually, references the {{SegmentedFile}} (through the {{Tracker}}'s
references to {{SSTableReader}}s)
