Thanks for the review. Updated patches with suggested changes - tests are still
running.
Basically, created and tested utility method
{{Bounds.getNonOverlappingBounds()}} which is now used by
{{ColumnFamilyStore.invalidateRowCache}} before iterating on bounds. Also
modified naming from inclusive ranges to bounds.
