I haven't seen this failure on CassCI on the 2.2 branch, so it may be a
regression; I'm not sure.
This is related to CASSANDRA-9369; it presents itself the same way. Looks like
that ticket was closed after a fix was merged to the dtests, but it didn't fix
this particular error.
