I'll note for the record that this ticket has never been about changing the 
driver version used by dtests, only by cqlsh, so it's not an oversight of this 
ticket. So I suggest tracking the current failure of dtests on the ticket that 
required this change of drivers in the dtests, namely CASSANDRA-10365. I'm fine 
if Paulo want to take a shot at fixing the tests though, as long as it's done 
ASAP.
