In the attached cassandra.yaml file (is that your exact config?) there is an
incorrectly (commented in attached file) spaced sub-config line {{#enabled:
true}} at the beginning of the line after {{client_encryption_options:}} - this
should have several spaces at the beginning of the line.
I would suggest downloading a fresh copy of a stock default cassandra.yaml file
and carefully reviewing a diff of your changes.
