See CASSANDRA-10250. The consensus back then was to commit the tests anyway,
despite knowing those won't be fixed in a while. We may want to revisit that
decision and skip them until the relevant (not insignificant) changes to schema
are made.
I'm going to relabel the ticket as 3.x now, as having this marked for 3.1 is
confusing (can't fix it for 3.1, but should focus on 3.1 tickets).
