Resolution: Won't Fix
Cassandra 2.1 is considered beta on Windows, and we still have some latent
problems w/file access that could not reasonably be fixed until the nio rewrite
in 2.2. Please run the 2.2 DCE and let us know if you have problems with
Windows on that release.
