This is marked ready to commit, but I don't see any comment regarding who +1ed
that patch (and JIRA's history say it's "Anonymous"), and I think some response
to [~cburroughs] comment is probably in order (using a Meter does sound
reasonable).
Also, which version is the patch targeting?
