{{cqlsh_tests/cqlsh_copy_tests.py:CqlshCopyTest.test_read_invalid_text}} seems
to fail hard on Windows on trunk. These were only recently unskipped when
CASSANDRA-9302 was closed, so I don't know if they fail on other branches, and
I won't know until those jobs run.
