I believe the only updates to the CQL doc that are required now are for
expanded {{WHERE}} clause support in {{CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW STATEMENTS}}
(i.e. CASSANDRA-9964) and expanded {{DELETE}} and {{UPDATE}} support for {{IN}}
clauses and inequality expressions (i.e. CASSANDRA-6237).
I've attached a patch that updates the doc in these areas. [~blerer] would you
mind reviewing? (FYI, you can run {{ant generate-cql-html}} to preview the
generated doc.)
