I pushed up a new version. The 2 important versions are
[2.1|https://github.com/carlyeks/cassandra/tree/ticket/10532/2.1] and
[3.0|https://github.com/carlyeks/cassandra/tree/ticket/10532/3.0], the rest
were just merges.
While trying to fix the 3.0 test to output about the static columns, I realized
that we don't need to separate out the partition keys from the primary keys, as
they are checked elsewhere, and we also don't need to add a special message
since there is no way to get that far when you haven't specified the partition
key.
