its the same issue that's happening there.
I tried at least 15 times to reproduce on Jenkins with JFR enabled but I had no
luck. The branch is

want to try some more.
For the two failures you were able to reproduce on Windows, did you also
observe a process spinning the CPU at almost 100? Could you attach the full
test output?
