It would be good to re-evaluate the 2i dtests in {{secondary_indexes_test.py}}
to see what can/should be abstracted to enable tests to run on both regular and
SASI indexes. There are probably some dtests which are not really giving us
much over what we have in unit tests (applies to both index implementations)
and equally, some new tests covering SASI only functionality are probably in
order.
