once again the cstar jobs hanged indefinitely because no nodes were checked for
the nodetool operation. the crazy thing is that all nodes are selected by
default, and you cannot unselect all, so I suspect that I submitted the tests
before the node list was fetched from the server, causing the nodetool
operation to hang indefinitely.
I resubmitted the tests now making sure the nodetool operation is correct, but
since there are a lot of queued jobs due to the hang, they will probably run
during the weekend.
