+1 on the patches, +0 on changing the ticket type.
A quick grep shows there are quite a few places in tests (on all 3 branches)
where we should use {{StatementRestrictions.REQUIRES_ALLOW_FILTERING_MESSAGE}},
I know it's very nit-picky, but it would be good to fix those on commit.
