This test has started failing recently:

In addition to failing on the offheap-memtable job, it also fails on the
vanilla 2.1 job:
http://cassci.datastax.com/job/cassandra-2.1_dtest/lastCompletedBuild/testReport/cqlsh_tests.cqlsh_copy_tests/CqlshCopyTest/test_round_trip_with_rate_file/
which makes me think this isn't just a weird flap. I have not yet seen this
failure on versions higher than 2.1.
Test Eng should take the first crack at debugging this, but if you don't make
headway, Stefania added the test in November, so she's probably the person to
escalate this to.
