{{SimpleSnitch}} does not implement
{{IEndpointSnitch.sortByProximity(localhost, liveendpoints)}}, so a query for
data on the coordinator may query other nodes. That seems like unnecessary work
to me, and on that note, Stefania woonders [in this JIRA

- should this be considered a bug?
