CASSANDRA-11179 introduced the {{-j}} parameter for several nodetool commands.
The function {{NodeProbe.checkJobs}} validates the argument against
{{DatabaseDescriptor.getConcurrentCompactors()}}, which returns the configured
value of the _local_ node - so it might not return the correct value for the
node to which nodetool talks.
So, {{checkJobs()}} should get the configured number of concurrent_compactors
via JMX and not using DatabaseDescriptor.
