Resolution: Won't Fix

Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
As stated before, restarting an "embedded" cassandra isn't really the use-case
for a cassandra, therefore this patch can't be applied and certainly it doesn't
make sense to fix it this way. Therefore resolving it as Won't Fix
