cqlsh's {{COPY FROM ... WITH PREPAREDSTATEMENTS = False}} fails if the row
contains null values. Reason is that the {{','.join(r)}} in
{{make_non_prepared_batch_statement}} doesn't seem to handle {{None}}, which
results in this error message.
