Currently we set aside at most 512MB, chunk cache of 480MB. We should probably
go higher, but we need to evaluate to what extent it makes sense to prefer
chunk cache over compressed OS page cache / row cache etc.
The size of the space reserved for pooled buffers outside the cache
{{ChunkCache.RESERVED_POOL_SPACE_IN_MB}} could also benefit from some tuning.
