Hey [~beobal], we added this fix here:
https://github.com/riptano/cassandra-dtest/compare/fix11884 to match a similar
function you added elsewhere. Should the presence of that row in the system
table guarantee that the index is built? We're still seeing occasionally, that
we can read from the index, after blocking, and there is no data returned. Is
this a bug?
